Research, quality assurance, technical assistance to the customers, respect of the technical, environmental and safety regulations have been the key factors for Castello Italia’s success.

Over the years the company has been able to gain a prominent position in branches where quality, reliability and timing are essential. In order to efficiently satisfy our customers’ requests and to be market competitive, the company daily follows and implements the concepts expressed in the quality norm of reference UNI EN ISO 9001.

Specific methods and procedures are constantly applied to guarantee the quality of the product and service offered to the customer.

The monitoring of the product is carried out by competent, motivated and constantly updated personnel through highly technological tools supplied by the most important manufacturers (Mettler Toledo - Horiba - Perkin Elmer - Zumbach).

The various quality checks made during the whole process, from the raw material up to the final product, guarantee the respect of the customers’ specifications, such as tight tolerance on the external diameter, reliable burst and working pressure, as well as customized printing, colours and packaging.


As further confirmation of the fact that all the above mentioned procedures are not implemented simply to obtain the “certification”, our company operates trying to minimize the environmental impact.

This aim, fixed according to the regulation 14001, is constantly kept under control thanks to parameters which show the performance over the time in terms of:
Quality of the air released into the atmosphere, quantity of waste and level of noise.

Least but not last, the company conveys an important message concerning the employment of “green products” such as the tube C.Bio, which can be easily recycled after their use, impacting this way as less as possible on the fragile balance human-environment.

In order to comply with this goal, over the time Castello Italia has been supplying worldwide tubes which are ROHS free, as requested by the European Directive 2002/95 and 2002/96.
